Yellowwood Adventures and Journals

On Monday and Tuesday this week we ventured off to one of our favorite spots in a section of Yellowwood state forest, the “ Rocky Ravine.” This narrow valley is full of big mossy boulders and steep slopes to climb up and slide down. We've also been making dens and playing our favorite forest games: Leaf Monster, Baby Dragons, and Howl and Seek.

We’ve been using our journals to dictate stories, draw stories, and record observations that we share with the class.
